I AWAKE TO FIELDS BLANKETED WITH SNOW THE WARMTH OF THE STOVE IS ENJOYABLE. I PULL BACK THE CURTINS AND SEE THAT THE STORM WAS HEAVY LAST NIGHT. MY EYES FOLLOW TO THE END OF THE FOREST. I SEE ROOFTOPS OF THE NEXT VILLAGE COVERED TOO. THE GENTLE ROWS OF WILLOW TREES STRUGGLE TO SUPPORT THEMSELVES THEIR LIMBS HANG HEAVIER THAN USUAL. I TAKE HOLD OF THIS WINTERY IMAGE AND I FEEL BAD FOR THE LIVING OUTSIDE. I LOVE THE PEACE THAT THE SNOWSTORM BRINGS. I ALSO LOVE THE FRESH AIR AND I LONG FOR IT’S CLEANSING TOUCH. I THINK BACK TO THE WILLOW TREES AND WHITE UMBRELLAS HANG BY DESIGN. DAY HAS PAST INTO NIGHT THE MOON SHOWN HERE REFLECTS SHADOWS. I FALL TO SLEEP AND DREAM OF WINTERED WILLOW SNOW COVERED TREES AND OTHER THINGS.I HAVE IMAGES OF WIND SWEPT SNOW DRIFTED PLACES. I IMAGINE A CANOPY OF WHITE WILLOWS SHELTERING ME.
